You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Abuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture of funds and account closure.
Fraudulent behavior, collusion, use of bots, multiple accounts, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and neon4. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and refrain from creating an account.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the neon4 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to registered Users or prominent notices on the website.
These Terms operate in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other policy documents, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use neon4 Services. This age requirement aligns with Indonesian adulthood standards and international responsible gaming practices. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. neon4 operates under international gaming licenses from offshore jurisdictions where online gaming is regulated. We do not hold licenses from Indonesian regulatory authorities, as online gambling is subject to legal restrictions within Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. We accept no liability for Users who access our Services in violation of their local laws.
To use neon4 Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.
During registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow others to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and communications made using your login credentials.
neon4 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. All Users must complete identity verification before making withdrawals. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued identification card (KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), payment method verification (copy of bank card or bank statement), and selfie photographs holding identification documents.
Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. Documents submitted must be clear, legible, and show all corners of the identification card. We do not accept edited, cropped, or obscured documents. All personal information provided must match across your Account profile, identification documents, and payment methods.
neon4 accepts deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and User VIP tier.
You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If we detect that a deposit originated from an account not belonging to you, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction, freeze your Account balance, and conduct a full investigation. Attempting to deposit through third-party accounts may be considered evidence of money laundering activity.
Deposits made through Indonesian bank transfers are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on the bank's processing speed. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 24 hours due to banking system maintenance or technical issues. If your deposit has not appeared in your Account balance after 24 hours, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.
neon4 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs. These third-party fees are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.
To request a withdrawal, you must first complete the KYC identity verification process. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered in your own legal name matching your neon4 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and maximum withdrawal limits vary by User VIP tier, ranging from Rp 10,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per day.
All withdrawal requests are subject to review by our security and compliance team. Standard processing time is 1-24 hours from the time of request, though first-time withdrawals may require additional verification time. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays.
Before withdrawing any funds, you must meet applicable wagering requirements. Deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the bonus terms, typically ranging from 5x to 40x the bonus amount depending on the promotion.
Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots and scratch cards typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette contribute between 10% and 20%, and live dealer games contribute 10%. Specific contribution percentages are disclosed in each bonus promotion's terms.
neon4 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank may impose incoming transfer fees. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests, defined as more than 5 withdrawal requests within a 7-day period, or for withdrawals below Rp 500,000.
We reserve the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification. In cases of suspected fraud, we may withhold funds pending investigation and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by neon4 are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all stated requirements including wagering obligations, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Failure to meet bonus terms will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.
Only one bonus can be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically permitted in the promotion terms. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (such as betting both red and black in roulette), and any other behavior deemed unfair or fraudulent. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent account closure.

Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or make deposits. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period. Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and possible legal action. We reserve the right to report criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neon4 disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connection issues, unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure login credentials, or any events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
Maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim, less any withdrawals made during that period. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which neon4 holds its gaming licenses. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
Users agree to waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. This arbitration clause does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in court.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination for cause, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited, and we may refuse to process pending withdrawals.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees and pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
